## Eligibility

If TVPikoma does not work on your device and our support team cannot fix the problem, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us on WhatsApp.

## Exclusions

Refunds are not available for problems caused by your internet connection or device, for accounts suspended for sharing or misuse, or after the first 7 days of a plan.
